Peace Monument in Kampong Thom Province

1.       Name of Monument : “World of Peace”

5.       Size and weight of Monument: height: 3.50m, weight: approximately 2 tonnes

6.       Material of Monument: 1,000 weapons

8.       Explanation of Monument: The Fish symbolize life, and represent the fishery sector in Kampong Thom Province. The globe on the Fish head is the world. The movement of the Fish symbols international harmony and unity. The fruit and the flower of the lotus plant is the symbol of purity.

9.       Location of Monument: Kampong Thom Provincial Town, Cambodia- map
On National Road 6, 3-hour drive from Phnom Penh, 2-hour drive from Siem Reap
