Technical Information Center / Sticker and Poster
When the equipment is delivered, a sticker is attached to the equipment and a poster is hung on the wall of the room where the equipment is located, indicating that the equipment is covered by the Technical Information Center and giving the fax number and e-mail address to be contacted in case of necessity.
The Technical Information Center will only answer inquiries relating to equipment to which a sticker is attached; it may not answer inquiries relating to other equipment.
