Selection of Participants and Their Equipment

The Project for Research and Development of Mine Clearance Related Equipment in Cambodia

On behalf of CMAC, the Royal Government of Cambodia, Japan International Cooperation System, as a supervising agency, gave a public announcement on April 11, 2006 regarding the selection of developers of demining machines and mine detectors to be tested in Cambodia. The Selection Committee was composed of members from CMAC, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, relevant institutes, etc.

Each participant is expected to improve and complete the machines, which are appropriate for the situation in Cambodia, through the local tests.
